Mikhail Malashchanka is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. Users will never be charged for the app or its services without a clear explanation of what they're paying for.

The AI Photo Maker Terms & Conditions app stores and processes personal data provided by users in order to provide the Service. It's the user's responsibility to keep their phone and access to the app secure. Users are advised against jailbreaking or rooting their phones, as it could compromise the security of the device and may cause the app to malfunction.

Users should be aware that certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. Mikhail Malashchanka cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if there's no access to Wi-Fi and no data allowance left. Users may be charged by their mobile provider for data usage while accessing the app.

Mikhail Malashchanka cannot always take responsibility for the way users use the app. Users are responsible for ensuring their device stays charged, as Mikhail Malashchanka cannot accept responsibility if the device runs out of battery and users can't access the Service. While efforts are made to ensure the app is updated and correct, Mikhail Malashchanka relies on third parties for information and accepts no liability for any loss users may experience as a result.

At some point, updates may be made to the app. Users are required to download updates to continue using the app. Mikhail Malashchanka does not promise to always update the app to be relevant or compatible with the user's device's operating system. Mikhail Malashchanka may also terminate the app at any time without notice. Upon termination, users must stop using the app and delete it from their device.

Subscription Terms:

The app offers two subscription forms:

• Weekly Premium – costing $9.99 per week, which disables ads, provides access to all features, and includes 25 credits for using AI tools.
• Annual Premium – costing $69.99 per year, which disables ads, provides access to all features, and includes 300 credits for using AI tools.

This is an Auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to the user's account after confirmation. The subscription is renewed unless turned off 24 hours before the period ends. The user's account will be charged for renewal accordingly.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

Mikhail Malashchanka may update the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes will be notified by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
